This 30,000 acre Merino station is located alongside the Ahuriri River, 15 minutes’ drive from Omarama town center. Dunstan Downs High Country Sheep Station is a 30-minute drive from Twizel and a 1-hour drive from Wanaka. Queenstown Airport is within a 2-hour drive. The self contained dormitory rooms are located at the front of the property and feature 6 rooms with shared facilities. There is also a separate cabin located near the river which offers solar powered lights, a composting toilet and an outside bath tub heated by gas.
